Job Title: Head of Information Technology

About the Role

• We’re looking for an experienced Head of IT to lead our technical operations and drive innovation across multiple ICT and telecom service lines.
• The ideal candidate will be a seasoned technology leader with deep experience managing ISP networks, voice systems, and value-added service (VAS) platforms.
• You’ll oversee multiple IT units, ensure operational excellence, and shape the company’s technology roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all IT, network, and systems operations teams.
• Oversee ISP infrastructure, voice services (SIP, VoIP, switching), and VAS platforms (SMS, USSD, IVR, etc.).
• Supervise IT budgeting, procurement, and vendor relationships.
• Mentor and develop technical staff across multiple departments.
• Identify and integrate emerging technologies to improve efficiency.
• Ensure network uptime, cybersecurity, and data protection.
• Implement IT strategies that support business growth and NCC compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology (Master’s or certifications like CCNP, ITIL, PMP are a plus).
• Strong leadership, technical expertise, and project management skills.
• Hands-on knowledge of network infrastructure, interconnect systems, and IT operations management.
• 8–12 years of experience in IT or network operations, including 4+ years in a leadership role.
• A proven track record in telecoms, ISP, or VAS environments is mandatory.
