We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head of Operations, Outdoor Catering

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Work in conjunction with sales and culinary team for seamless event execution.
• Manage the Catering Operation with the available resources within budget and to achieve sales and targets
• Cross-train in different catering positions such as Bartender, Caterer, or Event Manager.
• Effective management of the team to ensure the delivery of both qualitative and quantitative results.
• To ensure the efficient and effective delivery of catering operations and designated services to the client and organization in accordance with the agreement of the contract.
• Innovate standards and best practices that helpraise revenue and reduce expenses.
• Responsible for the organization and inventory required to run the business.
• Implement inventory management techniques to deter loss and theft.

The Successful Candidate Will

• Have significant experience in a Quick Service Restaurant/Outdoor Catering Company/Food and Beverage sector with a minimum of 5 years of management experience.
• Have a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in management or related field, Project management certifications will serve as an advantage.

• A self-starter, able to multi-task and work independently, with minimal supervision.
• Assertive and able to influence forward driving decisions.
• Administrative, communicative (written and oral), numerical and IT skills
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Highly resourceful and analytical.
• Strong drive and achievement motivation.
• Persuasive, a strong negotiator.
