About the Role

• We are hiring a Head of PR and Brand Strategy to define how Crescita Solutions and its clients are perceived in the market.
• This leadership role requires vision, strong storytelling ability, and the ability to shape consistent narratives across multiple touchpoints.
• You will build credibility, strengthen brand presence, and safeguard reputation while driving strategies that resonate with stakeholders, customers, and media partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead brand positioning and communication strategies
• Manage crisis communication and ensure brand resilience
• Guide content creation and campaigns that align with strategic goals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets and partners
• Oversee press releases, interviews, and public appearances

Requirements

• Significant experience in PR, communications, or brand management
• Deep understanding of media relations and storytelling
• Ability to manage high-pressure situations with professionalism.
• Strong leadership and people management skills
