• Must be able to create developmentally appropriate program for preschoolers
• Must be able to effectively use computer systems and other work tools
• Must have relevant experience in early years education
• Montessori method of education training
• Must have excellent communication skills with good diction.
• Must be able to develop less plans, activities and class set-ups
• Must be able to assess children’s needs and development
• Must be able to work closely with families to encourage mutual cooperation
• Must be able to effectively lead the team of teachers and care givers
