We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

Job Title: HMO Reconciliation Officer

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Primary Responsibilities
HMO Reconciliation:

  • Daily postings of HMO transactions
  • Daily uploads of HMO transactions to the various HMO portals.
  • Reconcile all HMO payments with their respective outstanding balances
  • Follow-up with HMOs for over-due outstanding balances.
  • Monthly filing of HMO transactions
  • Coordinate bi-weekly reconciliation meetings with HMOs

Other Finance Functions:

  • Perform all other functions as may be directed by the Finance Coordinator / Financial Controller.

Required Competencies

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1 - 3 years experience in Credit Control or Customer Relationship Management.
  • Excellent Observation Abilities
  • Demonstrated job commitment and personal flexibility to meet changing expectations
  • Commitment to self-development and expansion of knowledge
  • Excellent communication both verbal and written
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Capable of working independently and with minimum supervision
  • Logical approach to identifying and evaluating issues and problem solving
  • Well-developed organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple assignments
  • Displays awareness of the need for confidentially in sensitive matters

  • Good knowledge of basic credit control procedures.

Salary
N150,000 Monthly.
