We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: HR / Legal Adviser

Location: Egbeda, Akowonjo, Lagos

Job Description

• Draft Legal documents for real estate transactions
• Monitor legal risk in real estate documentation and advise clients accordingly
• Represent company in purchases and sales of properties
• Hiring and recruiting of employees
• Issuing queries and sanctioning of non compliance to company policies
• Perfection of legal documents
• Land search at Ministry of Lands
• Design and help implement company policies
• Research and recommend performance evaluation methods
• Address employee requests and potential issues

Requirements

• Sound knowledge of Nigerian Labour laws and Hr best practices
• Prior work experience in the real estate sector will be an added advantage
• Only married female candidates would be shortlisted
• Applicants must reside within Egbeda, Shasha and environs
