We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: HR Manager
Location: Ikeja. Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Developand implemented HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Fostered regular inter and intra departmental meetings to ensure that all staff are working to achieve the corporate goal.
• Ensurequarterly performance reviews and appraisals based on agreed JD & KPI’s. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Ensure continuous learning and development of employees.
• Ensurethe implementation of Staff Health Plan
• Used HR metrics to influence Management’s decision. Managed the firm’s HR information system.
• Ensurethe company’s compliance with regulatory authorities and employment legislation.
• Monitore adherence to internal policies and legal standards
• Developeand monitored overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
• Manageand supervised the administration functions thereby ensuring value on all admin expenses through budgeting, drawing of Service Level Agreements (SLA) with vendors, registration of vendors etc.

Salary
N150,000 / Month.
