Position Overview

• The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic human resources initiatives that align with Nairametrics’ goals.
• This role includes overseeing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, policy compliance, and compensation programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and execute innovative HR strategies in alignment with the company’s objectives.
• Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
• Policy and Compliance: Ensure adherence to Nigerian labor laws and company policies, with ongoing updates to HR practices as needed.
• Compensation and Benefits: Design competitive compensation packages and manage benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
• Leadership Partnership: Collaborate with senior leadership to provide HR insights and strategic guidance on workforce planning and organizational development.
• Employee Relations: Cultivate a positive work environment by managing employee engagement initiatives, resolving conflicts, and promoting inclusivity.
• Performance Management: Oversee performance appraisal systems and design professional development programs to enhance productivity.

Qualifications

• BSc Degree
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management within dynamic and fast-paced industries.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills, with a demonstrated ability to develop effective HR policies.
• A strategic mindset with a high level of discretion and collaborative spirit.
• Comprehensive understanding of Nigerian labor laws and contemporary HR practices.

Salary
N400, 000 - N500,000 monthly.
