Realty Point Limited - A dynamic multifaceted Pan-African real estate going concern primarily involved on the supply side of the industry with strong presence in REAL ESTATE Development, Investment, Publishing, Training / Consultancy and Marketing Syndication.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Capital Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Prepares advertisement draft for recruitment, to fill established vacancies, for review and ratification
• Shortlists candidates for interviews and handle interview logistics
• Summarizes appraisal report in database and collate training needs that emerge
• Organise disciplinary committee meetings when necessary
• Assist in payroll administration
• Assist in leave administration and other staff welfare issues
• Carries out various HR admin issues
• Prepares interview reports
• Coordinates performance appraisal process, including the issuing of forms, follow-up and collation of appraisal results
• Carries out other duties as assigned by Head, HR

Requirements

• A minimum of B.Sc / HND related fields.
• 2 years work experience.
• Proven experience in Human Resource Management position is compulsory.
