Nosagie Holdings is an indigenous registered company, having its headquarters office located in Benin City, Edo State. It provides EPIC and Project Management Services for the Offshore/Onshore Oil & Gas, Refining and Petrochemicals Industries.

Job Title: Human Resource Manager

Responsibilities

• The Human Resource Manager at Nosagie Holdings will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all HR functions across the company’s diverse Strategic Business Units, which include engineering, education, hospitality, FMCG, healthcare, and finance.
• The role requires developing and implementing human resource strategies that align with the company’s vision while ensuring effective recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management across all subsidiaries.
• The HR Manager will design and enforce policies that promote a productive and positive work environment, manage employee relations, and provide guidance on labor laws and compliance requirements.
• In addition, the manager will oversee compensation and benefits administration, workforce planning, and succession management to support the long-term growth of the group.
• The position also demands the ability to liaise with senior management, provide advice on organisational development, and drive talent management initiatives that strengthen the company’s human capital base.
• The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong leadership, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage HR operations in a multi-sector environment, ensuring consistency while addressing the unique workforce needs of each business unit.

Salary
N250,000 - N350,000 Monthly.
