Job Summary

• Viju Industries Nigeria Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resource Manager to join our dynamic team.
• We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in HR management, who has a deep understanding of Nigeria Labour Law and can lead our HR department with excellence.

Key Requirements

• Candidates must possess a Bachelor`s Degree from a reputable University
• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in Human Resource Management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Candidates residing in Ogun State are highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Nigeria Labour Law and HR best practices.
• Proven track record in managing HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
