Job Description

• The HR Manager will manage all aspects of HR, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations, ensuring a healthy and productive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process for new staff.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain up-to-date HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
• Facilitate staff training and professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
• Knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
• 5+ years of experience in human resources management.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
