We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Resource Officer (HRO)

Requirements

B.Sc in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management or related disciplines from a recognized institution;
Not more than three (6) years work experience as HR Officer;
Must be resident in Lagos or willing to relocate;
Membership of professional bodies like CIPM, SHRM etc. will be an added advantage;
Good knowledge in Payroll, Leave Administration, Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development, Labour Law, HMO, NSITF, Pension etc.
Excellent communication and organizational skills;
Problem solving and Negotiation skills;
Must be result oriented;
