We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Resource Officer (EdTech)

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
• Employee Relations: Serve as the primary contact for employee queries, handle grievances, and ensure a positive workplace culture.
• Performance Management: Assist in implementing performance appraisal systems and tracking employee progress.
• Payroll & Benefits Administration: Assist in processing payroll and managing employee benefits programs.
• Compliance & Policy Implementation: Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal HR policies.
• Engagement & Retention: Develop initiatives to improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
• Training & Development: Coordinate training programs and workshops to enhance employee skills and career growth.
• HR Administration: Maintain employee records, contracts, and documentation in compliance with legal requirements.

Requirement

• The candidates must have Edutech experience
