Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

Location: Ajaokuta, Kogi state
Employment type: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role

• We are seeking a seasoned HR professional with a proven track record to fill the role of HRBP. 
• The ideal candidate must be a CIPM member with a strong understanding of HR best practices and a passion for driving organizational success through people management.

• Strong HR Project Management skills
• HR Payroll
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong Analytical, problem-solving / MIS skills
• HR Risk Analysis and Metrics System
• Strong HR Generalist
• Strong Leadership skills

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
• Ability to commute/relocate
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive HRBP experience in a manufacturing company
• CIPM membership is a plus.
• Experience in a manufacturing industry is a plus

Experience:

• Manufacturing: 5 years (Required)
• Personnel Manager: 5 years (Required).

Salary
N500,000 - N600,000 Monthly.
