Specializing in a range of services including Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Project Management for the oil and gas sector, the company adheres to the Nigeria Content Development directives of 2010. With offices in Nigeria and the USA, Shomas operates with major industry players like Chevron, Total, and ExxonMobil, leveraging strategic sourcing and supply chain expertise. 

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Location: Warri, Delta
Job type: Full-time, Onsite

Requirements

• HND / BSc in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field. HR certification (e.g., CIPM) is mandatory.
• Experience supporting multi -location teams and handling both core and contract staff.
• Background in oil & gas, logistics, or supply chain sectors is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 least years progressive HR/People Operations experience, including at 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

Remuneration

• Salary: N350,000 - N400,000 / month
• Benefits: HMO, performance bonuses, etc
