Job Title: Human Resources Operations Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Officer to support day-to-day HR processes, ensure compliance with company policies, and provide seamless HR services to employees.
• This role will focus on HR administration, employee records management, payroll support, and HRIS updates while contributing to a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage employee records and ensure accurate documentation in line with company policy.
• Provide HR operational support to employees and respond to HR-related queries.
• Update and maintain the HR Information System (HRIS) and generate reports.
• Assist with HR projects, audits, and policy implementation.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth HR service delivery
• Support payroll preparation by providing accurate and timely employee data.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and induction.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (pensions, tax, medicals, etc.).

Requirement

• 2 - 4 years experience.
