ICT Specialist / ICT Support Engineer at Masters Energy Oil and Gas Limited

Masters Energy Oil & Gas Limited is licensed by the Department of Petroleum Resources (DPR), published by Nipex and endorsed by NAPIMS – NNPC for Joint Ventures (JVs) and Production Sharing Contracts (PSCs). It focuses on Marketing, Trading, Gas and Power, Energy, Refining, Exploration and Production of Petroleum Products.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: ICT Specialist / ICT Support Engineer 

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop all company group websites using WordPress Application, you must be an expert in WordPress Application.
• Technical Support: Provide all technical assistance to employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.
• Have a good knowledge on use of office 365 and exchange server, ability to manage AWS, Google and Digital Ocean Cloud.
• Software Management: Install, configure, and update software applications, ensuring compatibility and performance across all systems.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Cisco CCNA, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) .
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in an ICT support or management role.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Web Development Using WordPress, network management, system administration, and cybersecurity practices. Experience with use of Mac, Windows, Linux.
