We are recruiting to fill the position below: 

Job Title: Import and Export Executive

Location: Lagos
Employment type: Full time

Your Responsibilities

• Perform all aspects of order process
• Generate sales leads
• Maintain Export Shipments trackers
• Track the location of shipments
• Ensure invoicing and billing is accurate
• Ensure that the shipment adheres to customs regulations
• Counsel organization on how to reduce duties and taxes owed.
• Receive, review and process documentation
• Maintain customer service complaints tracker
• Support Exports customs clearance and documentation
• Interface with related functional areas on export shipment matters
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

Professional Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in International Marketing, Export or Import Trading or equivalent
• 3+ years Import/Export experience
• Strong background in importing and exporting
• Excellent organizational skills.
