Job Title: Information System Management Trainee

Ref: ISMT
Location: Nigeria

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer expectations regarding issue resolution timelines.
• Ensure users receive timely and effective support.
• Respond to incoming service desk tickets, logging issues accurately and efficiently within the ticketing system.
• Assist in the development, implementation and maintenance of information systems to support business operations.
• Log incidents and service requests and maintain relevant records.
• Escalate complex or unresolved incidents.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

• First Class or Minimum of Second Class Upper in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information System or related discipline. Must have completed NYSC.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and reports.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office and familiarity with IT project management tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Industry ITILv4 Certification is an added advantage.
• Previous internship experience in marketing or telecom is an added advantage.
