Job Description

• We are seeking an Infrastructure Technician/Civil Engineer, a highly organized and detail-oriented person to join their team. As an Infrastructure Technician / Civil Engineer, he will provide building and road renovation support to the Operational department in addition to other Civil related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Analysing survey reports, long-range plans, maps and other data to design new projects
• Considering budget, regulations and environmental hazards during risk-analysis stage
• Preparing material, equipment and labour cost estimates and confirming costs are within the budget
• Overseeing soil testing to establish soil strength and building feasibility
• Using design software to create project drawings and renderings
• Maintain & repair the roads in good condition time to time.
• Monitoring and report the renovation works (old / new buildings, roads, culverts and Other Civil related tasks).
• Forecasting design and construction timeline
• Managing repair and maintenance of infrastructure projects
• Completing and submitting all permit applications to the appropriate agencies and ensuring projects are compliant throughout the design and construction stages

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a Civil related works like construction and
• renovation of buildings, establishment or renovation of roads.
• Proficiency with computer-aided design (CAD) software
• Ability to multitask effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Strong organization and time management skill.
• Advanced calculus and trigonometry skills
• Demonstrated leadership and teamwork capabilities
• Advanced decision-making and problem-solving skills

Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 / month.
