Job Description

• We are looking for Insurance Sales Managers to be responsible for managing policy sales, sales processes, coordination of the team on marketing scope and strategy, monitoring sales goals and objectives, supervising advertising and presentation of products and services, training the team on products and services, and developing a formidable team.

Responsibilities

• Setting sales objectives and servicing.
• Contributing to meeting sales targets.
• Market sourcing and management.
• Responding to customer queries.
• Providing sales strategies, feedback, and marketing plans.
• Keeping up to date with industry developments.

Education

• HND, BSc, or its equivalent.
• Minimum Experience: 5 Years work experience.

Requirements:

• Previous insurance experience.
• Previous banking experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Must be passionate about providing support and motivation.
• Must be goal-driven and result-oriented.
• Previous sales, marketing, and customer relationship experience.
• Strong leadership qualities.

Remuneration
N250,000 - N300,000 salary with allowance and override.
