Internal Auditor at CEO's Mini Mart

CEO's Mini Mart is into sales of consumables, groceries, household items, etc.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Internal Auditor

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Examine and evaluate all branches records / accounts and ensure adequacy / effectiveness
• Send daily / weekly / monthly audit reports / findings and recommendations for all mini marts
• Review cash payments, POS transactions and transfers against daily stock sales
• Review the reliability and integrity of financial information to analyse changes / variance in the P/L accounts of all branches
• Develop recommendations for improving internal controls and operating efficiency
• Conduct investigations of irregularities discovered by you or brought to your attention
• Investigate and report any fraudulent activity immediately
• Evaluate and report the compliance status of all branches on operational risk management framework.
• Monitor stock for all mini marts and report discrepancies from system to shelf to warehouse - Reconcile report of stock count including damaged or expired products
• Audit the software to ensure no fraudulent activities / discrepancies
• Adequate bank record keeping and reconciliation of cash deposits

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2 - 4 years work experience.

Salary
N80,000 - N10,000 Monthly.
