Job Title: Internal Control Officer

Location: Lagos

About the Role

• We need a detail-oriented Internal Control Officer who understands risks, enforces policies, and ensures our ERP data stays clean and compliant. You’ll help keep financial integrity strong and systems airtight.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct regular audits of financial and operational processes
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory policies
• Train staff on internal control procedures and proper ERP use
• Review ERP data entries for accuracy and completeness
• Identify process gaps in ERP usage and recommend improvements
• Monitor approvals, workflows, and audit trails within the ERP system
• Generate reports from ERP to support internal reviews and audits

What You Bring

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Proficient in Excel and audit reporting tools
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Dynamics, QuickBooks, etc.)
• Sharp analytical thinking and process-oriented mindset
• 3+ years of internal control, audit, or compliance experience
• High integrity and strong attention to detail

Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 Monthly.
