Job Title: IT Administrator

Location: Gbagada, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (On-site)

Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Administrator to join our logistics operations team.
• The ideal candidate will manage IT infrastructure, provide user support, handle social media/digital presence, and contribute to branding through design support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, monitor, and maintain company IT systems, networks, and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Assist with application development for process automation and tracking.
• Provide design support for digital marketing, presentations, and reporting.
• Manage the company’s social media pages and online visibility.
• Oversee data backup, storage, and disaster recovery systems.
• Support logistics applications and ensure smooth IT-enabled operations.

Requirements

• Graduate (B.Sc./HND in Computer Science, Networking, or IT) with NYSC completed.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in IT administration.
• Experience with graphic design & social media management.
• Familiarity with logistics software is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving ability and effective communication skills.
• Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA, Microsoft, AWS) are an advantage.
• Proficiency in system/network administration and troubleshooting.
