About the Job

• Are you an experienced IT professional with a creative edge in graphic design?
• The African Academy for Counter-Fraud and Anti-Corruption Studies (AACAS) is seeking a versatile and skilled individual to join our team as an IT Manager/Graphic Designer.
• This unique role offers an opportunity to lead the IT department while also contributing creatively through graphic design in the fight against fraud and corruption. 

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage IT operations, infrastructure, and systems to ensure functionality, security, and efficiency within AACAS. 
• Collaborate with various departments to understand design needs and produce visually appealing content aligned with AACAS's goals. 
• Develop multimedia content, including presentations, videos, infographics, and other visual assets. 
• Lead a team of IT support professionals, providing guidance, support, and technical expertise. 
• Maintain and update AACAS's online platforms, ensuring a user-friendly and up-to-date web presence. 
• Design high-quality, compelling graphics for a range of purposes, including digital and print materials, social media, educational content, and more. 

Qualifications and Skills

• Substantial experience in IT management, including system administration, network management, and technical support. 
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments. 
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a dynamic work environment. 
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent software. 
• Strong leadership skills to manage an IT team effectively and efficiently. 
• Creative and design capabilities, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
