We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: IT Specialist

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Responsibilities

Installing new software and hardware components.
Regularly evaluating our IT systems to ensure they meet the necessary demands.
Assisting with network administration tasks.
Ensuring data storage is safe and secure.
Maintain and troubleshoot all network and computer-related issues.
Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
Enhance office IT system through appropriate upgrades and advise Operations Unit on changes or improvements required.
Help install and support all ICT hardware and software.
Provide overall administrative support to the Company areas of operation.
Resolving all issues coworkers have with their IT systems and software.
Educating coworkers about network security and best practices for computer usage.
Supporting the day-to-day operations of our computer network.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any related field.
1 - 3 years of experience providing information communications technology (ICT) and administrative support.
Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication ability, both written and verbal.
Personable, professional demeanor.
