Established in 2007, we are at the forefront of the provision of services to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), vendors and operators.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: IT Support Officer

Location: Lagos

Duties and Responsibilities

• Antivirus system installation, administration and support
• LAN/WAN design, implementation and support
• Remote system administration and support
• Email setup, administration and support
• Web application development
• Setup and management of cloud ERP system (Odoo preferably)
• Setup, configuration, management and support of cloud servers
• Familiarity in PC setup, administration and support
• PBX and voice over IP network design, implementation and support
• Microsoft applications installation, administration and support

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND in Computer Science
• At least 2 years’ experience as an IT Support personnel
• Proficiency in Python programming language (Required)
• Certifications such as Microsoft, SQL and Oracle
• Knowledge of security protocols and database system
• Ability to take ownership
• Willing to resume immediately.
