Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy individual to join our dynamic IT team as an IT Support Specialist with experience in digital content creation. This position is open to recent graduates who have a passion for IT and possess relevant experience in creating digital content.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end-users and resolve hardware and software-related issues promptly.
• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems, including computers, servers, and networking equipment.
• Collaborate with the IT team to manage and monitor IT infrastructure, ensuring its efficiency and reliability.
• Utilize digital content creation tools and software to develop engaging and informative digital content for internal and external communications.
• Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects and initiatives to enhance the company's digital capabilities.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends, digital content creation tools, and best practices to contribute innovative ideas and solutions.
• Conduct training sessions and provide guidance to employees on utilizing digital content tools effectively.
• Maintain accurate documentation of IT processes, troubleshooting procedures, and digital content creation guidelines.
• Work closely with various departments to understand their digital content needs and create visually appealing content that aligns with the company's brand and objectives.
• Support the development and maintenance of the company's website, ensuring its responsiveness and functionality.
• Manage and update digital content on various platforms, including social media channels, intranet, and online portals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 1-2 years experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge and passion for IT and digital content creation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated creativity and artistic abilities to design captivating digital content.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
• Proficiency in digital content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), Canva, or similar applications.
• Familiarity with web development tools (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to address technical issues effectively.
