Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy individual to join our dynamic IT team as an IT Support Specialist with experience in digital content creation. This position is open to recent graduates who have a passion for IT and possess relevant experience in creating digital content.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to end-users and resolve hardware and software-related issues promptly.
Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems, including computers, servers, and networking equipment.
Collaborate with the IT team to manage and monitor IT infrastructure, ensuring its efficiency and reliability.
Utilize digital content creation tools and software to develop engaging and informative digital content for internal and external communications.
Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects and initiatives to enhance the company's digital capabilities.
Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends, digital content creation tools, and best practices to contribute innovative ideas and solutions.
Conduct training sessions and provide guidance to employees on utilizing digital content tools effectively.
Maintain accurate documentation of IT processes, troubleshooting procedures, and digital content creation guidelines.
Work closely with various departments to understand their digital content needs and create visually appealing content that aligns with the company's brand and objectives.
Support the development and maintenance of the company's website, ensuring its responsiveness and functionality.
Manage and update digital content on various platforms, including social media channels, intranet, and online portals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Digital Media, or a related field.
1-2 years experience in a similar role
Strong knowledge and passion for IT and digital content creation.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated creativity and artistic abilities to design captivating digital content.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
Proficiency in digital content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), Canva, or similar applications.
Familiarity with web development tools (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to address technical issues effectively.
