Job for a Head of Operations at Tempkers Limited

Tempkers is a tech-outsourcing and freelance community that takes a human centered design thinking approach to bring employers and skilled workers together. We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Head of Operations Location: Abuja Duties

Ensures that company's daily activities runs smoothly.
Set and measure parameters to judge how efficiently and effectively the organization is operating .
The ideal candidate should be able to act as a go between members of various departments and ensure compliance to organization's rules and regulations.
Should be able to estimate risks and handle workplace pressure as well as ensure smooth customer service operations and attract clients and manage such relationships.
Reviews and evaluates business procedures ranging from office expenses to staff performance audit and responsible for overseeing the work of other middle level management executives.

Requirements

Proven operations experience in a leadership position is compulsory, analytical mind with great people skills.
Must have at least 4 years experience as a hr officer
