Sprovab Nigeria is a logistics, manpower and procurement services company, our purpose is to increase shareholder value by providing our services to core African business operations. We are recruiting to fill the position below:     Job Title: Executive Assistant Location: Lagos Job Requirements

• He must be internet and research savvy.
• He must be able to stand in for the manager at events, conference and for presentations.
• He must have integrity and must be able to manage diverse people both horizontally and vertically.
• He must have the capacity to manage a facility and ensure quality in third party jobs and repair work.
• He must be able to document work incidents and carry out follow up activities to remediate if need be.
• He must have sense of character and be able to go beyond the regular work delivery.
• The successful candidates must have minimum of HND from any institution or a university degree. Preferably graduated with 2.1 or upper credit.
• Must have an intermediary know how of the oil and gas industry.
• He must have 3 years post qualifications experience.
• He must be well organized and exert same within the system.
• He must have demonstrable ability to write proposals and letters and do a follow up.
• He must have good and strong typing skill and use of word, excel and power point must be above average.
