Sapele Integrated Industries Limited are a company based in Sapele, Nigeria; established in 1997 and has been producing TSR 10 block rubber for export to clients such as Bridgestone, Wurfbain, Corrie-MacColl and etc. We have always known that to produce high quality TSR products that are accepted worldwide, we need quality input materials. That is why we have gone into establishing our own Rubber Estates where we will be able to manage and control the quality of the latex and field coagulum that will be used by our own Factory. In early 2008 we began acquiring the land for this endeavour  and up till today, our land bank is about 1,000 hectares. • He is expected to train his staff members and lead by example. He should understand the concept of quality and work experience in an ISO accredited Rubber Plantation Company, though not essential, will be a plus in the candidate’s favour.
• The successful candidate may expect a competitive salary and benefits, with housing provided.
• We are looking for someone to help us develop and manage our matured Rubber Estate which is in the process of being exploited for tapping.
• The candidate we are looking for should have a high level of integrity, hardworking, with a pleasant disposition and the ability to get results from his staff and workers. Although he would be working under the oversight of the General Manager, the prospective candidate is expected to be able to work on his own initiative, knowledgeable in his field and be hands-on.

Requirements

• The prospective candidates should have at the very least a Diploma in Agriculture, Botany or related disciplines.
• They should also have at least 10 years experience working in a rubber estate in a supervisory capacity, at the Senior Assistant or Junior Manager level.
• Being a member of the International Society of Planters will also stand the candidate in good stead. He should be able to communicate in English. Experience working in Africa is a plus.
