Michael Stevens Consulting is a Management consulting company, whose focus has been on rendering the following services: Training, Recruitment of Personnel, Outsourcing of Personnel and rendering Financial and Management consulting services to the Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Telecommunications, engineering services, Hospitality Industry, Public Sector etc. We are recruiting to fill the position below:     Job Title: Senior HR Officer Location: Lagos Requirements

  • Experience from the Consulting Company as HR Consultant or Supervisor
  • Minimum of a B.Sc (2.1) in a reputable organization
  • 6-8 years experience
  • Good experience and understanding of the end to end HR process
  • Knowledge of HR Projects, such as people culture, change management, performance management, etc
  • Must have worked or currently in a consulting company
