Big C Multipurpose Mall is a retail and entertainment destination comprising of supermarket, fast food restuarant, bakery, bar and entertainment section based in Ibeju Lekki area of Lagos. We are seeking to fill the position below:     Job Title: Supermarket Manager Location: Ibeju Lekki, Lagos Job Description

• To role will ensure that financial objectives are met and that all aspects of the store are running smoothly at all times.
• To achieve the successful operation of the entire store.
• To ensure the systems are in place to control the activities in the store effective operation.
• Maintain and follow the guidelines of company policy and procedures and comply with all the requirements.

Requirements

• The applicant should have 5 - 10 years relevant experience in a similar job role
• The applicant should have excellent managerial and communication skills
• The applicant must be willing to work under pressure
• The applicant must be ready to resume immediately
