Job Title: Marketing Manager (Hosting Company)

Locations: Egbeda, Idimu, Igando Dopemu, Iyana Ipaja, Ibeju Lekki, axis - Lagos

Key Responsibilities

• Develop campaigns to increase awareness and revenue generation streams
• Coordinate publicity for the Company
• Develop brochures and print media about the company, her products and services
• Create and manage a scalable member growth strategy leveraging organic and paid media and brand partnerships
• Establish and manage high potential partnerships with brands in tech and business support services industries to drive awareness, growth and member benefits.
• Monitor and manage the growth funnels, setting OKRs and analyzing behavior and performance at every stage
• Collaborate with Product, Support, Content and Design to build an overall partner strategy and holistic execution.
• Engage, educate, collaborate, and problem-solve with external partners at all levels of the organization.

Job Requirements

• Candidates should possess Bachelor's degree, HND, NCE or OND qualification
• Must have 2-4 years work experience

Remuneration
N60,000 - N120,000 / Month

Job Title: Community Programs Manager

Locations: Egbeda, Idimu, Igando Dopemu, Iyana Ipaja, Ibeju Lekki, axis - Lagos

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and Manage our community of users and prospective users
• Manage the planning and execution of all programs within the company

Qualification and Experience

• Candidates should possess Bachelor's degree, HND, NCE or OND qualification
• Must have 2-4 years work experience
• Know what you’re doing

Remuneration
N60,000 - N120,000 / Month

Job Title: Marketer (Real Estate)

Locations: Egbeda, Idimu, Igando Dopemu, Iyana Ipaja, Ibeju Lekki, axis - Lagos

Responsibilities

• Proven experience as a real estate agent or salesperson
• Source and sign up new clients
• Ensure customer retention
• Conduct inspections with clients.
• Determine clients' needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
• Display and market real property to possible buyers
• Prepare necessary paperwork contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc.
• Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services
• Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
• Maintain a master list of available properties.
• Work with the legal team to ensure all contracts are signed and kept properly.
• Close transactions and ensure all payments/fees are made.
• Build a strong network.

Qualification and Experience

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree, HND, NCE or OND qualification.
• Must have 2-4 years work experience

Remuneration

• N60,000 - N120,000 / Month
• 1.5 - 2% commission on deals made.

Job Title: Sales Officer (Hosting Company)

Locations: Egbeda, Idimu, Igando Dopemu, Iyana Ipaja, Ibeju Lekki, axis - Lagos

Job Details & Requirements

• Be able to sell anything to anyone
• Have a record of selling tech products
• You’ll be selling cloud solutions tho!
• Candidates should possess Bachelor's degree, HND, NCE or OND qualification
• Must have 2-4 years work experience
• Know what you’re doing
