About the Role

  • The Quality Operations Manager promotes, develops, and oversees compliance of the company quality system. 
  • Effectively assuring compliance of customer requirements by managing quality policies, standards, procedures, programs and practices while driving and facilitating continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
What you’ll be doing:

  • Responsible for the recruitment, management, and development of the quality analyst team
  • Responsible for the overall leadership of the quality assurance framework, customer and operational excellence practices at the organizational level
  • Defines quality procedure in conjunctions with operations
  • Regularly analyze quality data and suggest actions based on collected data
  • Work with management to drive Continuous Improvement

Job Requirements
What you'll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a Technical or Business discipline
  • Experience in a quality, process, services or customer experience management function
  • Experience in a high volume and fast-paced multicultural environment
  • Green Belt Sigma/PMP certification is an advantage with working experience in continuous improvement, change management, process improvement or project management,
  • Proficient with various office productivity applications particularly Excel, Visio, Project and PowerPoint
  • Fluent in English

Job Title: Technical Support Engineer

About the Role
As a customer-facing support engineer, your role will be to provide phone and email-based technical support to corporate customers while ensuring ticket resolution and customer satisfaction. We are looking for people with all levels of experience so if you are just starting in your career or have been a support engineer or manager, this is the role for you. Working with one of our key customers, you will be supporting everything related to the technology team you are in which could include: Azure, Dynamics, Office 365, Networking, Active Directory, Virtual Machines.

You will also be supported by our Quality Assurance team, Domain Experts, and the Training and Development department, to ensure you have a comprehensive induction and training program and deliver extraordinary customer service.

Responsibilities
What you’ll be doing:

  • Act as the advanced technical contact for troubleshooting customer issues 
  • Deliver advanced technical troubleshooting and problem-solving solutions for corporate customers including issues escalated to the highest level of management
  • Collaborate with domain experts (SMEs) and escalation managers when additional support is needed
  • Manage critical issues by setting customer expectations, devise and implement action plans and professionally communicate measures to all parties involved
  • Seek supplemental training to improve performance and develop a specialisation.

Requirements
What you'll need:

  • At least 1 year’s experience in a technical or customer support role
  • Strong research, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team 
  • Excellent customer service skills

About the Role

  • We are looking for an expert in recruiting highly sought-after candidates in the technology and IT industry.
  • The primary responsibility of the role will be to develop and execute strategies to proactively identify, engage and recruit the best-fit talent for Tek Experts’ on-going operations, as well as for critical ad-hoc projects.
  • An essential contributor to our high-performing team, the IT Recruiter will also be responsible for the successful operation of the candidate management function, interviewing processes and pre-onboarding activities.

Responsibilities
What you’ll be doing:

  • Full execution of the recruitment process (including job posting, phone interviewing, job interviewing, regular communication with candidates and team leader/supervisor) including the recruitment administration; sending employment confirmation to successful candidate etc
  • Actively search resume on various recruitment channels to get sufficient and qualified numbers CVs for recruitment requirements
  • Screening CVs, shortlist candidates for further process
  • Coordinate with team leaders, directors and other colleagues in other sites to make interview appointment
  • Builds applicant sources, data by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites
  • Manages the posting of job vacancies at the best performing recruitment channels
  • Draft or revise job description when assigned
  • Draft employee contracts, complete onboarding processes like adding to personnel profile management software and provide recruitment and HR report as requested
  • Other duties as and when assigned by supervisors

Requirements
What you'll need:

  • Proven experience in recruitment as an in house recruiter, headhunter or within a recruitment agency.
  • Familiar with recruitment on multi-media means of recruitment: Facebook, LinkedIn, etc
  • Active, hardworking, enthusiastic, willing to work over time, love contact and networking with people
  • Hands-on experience with an ATS/CRM
  • Good knowledge of  MS Office
  • Excellent communication in English

Job Responsibilities
What You'll Be Doing:

  • Provide Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations support for users via phone and email.
  • Follow best practices and processes to deliver top-notch customer satisfaction.
  • Field incoming problems from end-users to resolve application, hardware and Provide Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations software issues;
  • Prioritize, schedule, and administer all instances where enhancements and defect resolution are required.
  • Communicate Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations application problems and issues to key stakeholders, including management, development teams, end-users, and unit leaders;
  • Ensure all IT and Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations support requests are dealt with in an efficient and timely manner;
  • Accurately maintain logs and documentation related to Service Requests gotten from customers.
  • Participate in the Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations applications training programs and individual classes;
  • Assist in creating end-user documentation, instructions, procedures, and processes.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • 1 - 2 years experience in technical or customer support.
  • Experience with Accounting processes (optional).
  • Knowledge of  SQL Server, Active Directory & Virtual Machine (desirable).
  • Strong researching, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Adaptability to work independently and part of a team bringing in experts when needed.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Passion for technology and learning.
  • Some exposure to Microsoft technologies.
