Job Title: Construction Engineer
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Building Construction, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in project management within the construction
  • Great customer service, communication and customer service skills
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to delegate work
  • Exceptional time management skills, ability to estimate work effort and time needed for various construction jobs
  • Good writing skills for proposals and reports
  • Comfortable reading and understanding blueprints and drawings
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer software
  • Demonstrated knowledge of construction, engineering, and architecture principles
  • Ability to budget, schedule, negotiate, and control costs
  • A high degree of familiarity with contract and subcontract documents, terms, and conditions
  • Strong leadership and management skills.

 

 

 

Job Title: Executive Marketer
Location: Abuja (FCT)

Task

  • Ready to lead and implement the marketing initiatives of the company project assigned with respect to set specific goals.
  • He/she shall advise on the selection of personnel suitable for his/her team.
  • Market the company property with respect to set goals and targets of the company.
  • Conduct presentation and meeting on behave of the company for business purposes.
  • Create an affordable and efficient advert strategy to help boost the company image and marketing potential.
  • Apply creativity and result-oriented strategy towards achieving set goals for the company.
  • Prepare and submit a monthly report of activities highlighting achievements and challenges encountered during each week with recommended suggestions for better performance.

  • Must be able to work with minimal supervision
