Job Title: Account Officer

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Responsibilities
Managing Work, Projects, and Policies:

  • Coordinates and implements accounting work and projects as assigned.
  • Coordinates, implements and follows up on Accounting SOP audits for all areas of the company.
  • Complies with Federal and State laws applying to fraud and collection procedures.
  • Generates and provides accurate and timely results in the form of reports, presentations, etc.
  • Analyzes information and evaluates results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
  • Compiles, codes, categorizes, calculates, tabulates, audits, or verifies information or data.
  • Balances credit card ledgers.
  • Verifies contracts for groups and performs credit reference checks for direct billed groups if necessary.

Maintaining Finance and Accounting Goals:

  • Achieves and exceeds goals including performance goals, budget goals, team goals, etc.
  • Develops specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work.
  • Submits reports in a timely manner, ensuring delivery deadlines.
  • Ensures profits and losses are documented accurately.
  • Monitors all taxes that apply, ensuring that taxes are current, collected and/or accrued.
  • Maintains a strong accounting and operational control environment to safeguard assets.
  • Completes period end function each period.
  • Provide direction and assistance to other organizational units regarding accounting and budgeting policies and procedures, and efficient control and utilization of financial resources.

Demonstrating and Applying Accounting Knowledge:

  • Demonstrates knowledge of job-relevant issues, products, systems, and processes.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of return check procedures.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of the Gross Revenue Report.
  • Demonstrates knowledge and proficiency with write off procedures.
  • Demonstrates knowledge and proficiency with consolidated deposit procedures.
  • Keeps up-to-date technically and applying new knowledge to your job.

Job Title: IT Operations Manager

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Description
Ensuring client technology needs are met:

  • Uses computers and computer systems (including hardware and software) to program, write software, set up functions, enter data, or process information.
  • Monitors, ensures and manages the acquisition and maintenance of company based systems.
  • Analyzes information, identifies current and potential problems and proposes solutions.
  • Maintains, inspects and repairs equipment.
  • Inspects and ensures the maintenance of the equipment or the environment.
  • Ensures that computer and network operations are monitored at the company, backup/recovery functions are performed on scheduled basis and administration functions for hardware, operating and application systems are maintained and completed on consistent basis.
  • Manages activities to ensure the company infrastructure and applications systems are functional at all times.
  • Ensures solutions are consistent with the client's needs and brand-specific.
  • Administers and maintains mail and email.
  • Maintains inventories and manages IT hardware/software.
  • Provides Internet support and maintenance (if applicable)
  • Provides cable management support.
  • Generates systems communications for company users to introduce new applications, provide user tips, alert users of system problems and inform staff of progress or status.
  • Consults on specific application issues or hardware/software problems.
  • Provides feedback on application functional performance and system performance.
  • Work with developers to design algorithms and flowcharts
  • Produce clean, efficient code based on specifications
  • Integrate software components and third-party programs
  • Verify and deploy programs and systems

Managing Projects and Policies:

  • Monitors processes and evaluates information according to SOP and LSOP requirements.
  • Enforces IR policies and standards protecting company hardware, software and other resources at the property.
  • Directs maintenance of equipment and installed software applications inventory for property ensuring compliance with licensing regulations.

Maintaining Information Systems and Technology Goals:

  • Develops specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work.
  • Performs an assessment of needs, ensuring compliance with brand specific standards, budget and capital requirements.
  • Determines priorities, schedules, plans and necessary resources to ensure completion of any property projects on schedule and according to specification.
  • Ensures problems are correctly reported, routed, tracked and solved, with the system user being informed of situation at all times.
  • Ensures proper asset management.
  • Performs on-site monitoring of all projects.
  • Ensures that regular on-going communication is happening in all areas of responsibility to create awareness of business objectives and communicates expectations, recognizes performance and produces desired business results.

  • Keeps up-to-date technically and applies new knowledge to your job.

  • Provides technical expertise and support.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Provides information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.
  • Informs and/or updates the executives, the peers and the subordinates on relevant information in a timely manner.
  • Analyzes information and evaluates results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
  • Coordinates property efforts, prioritizes needs and communicates those needs to IR Shared Services and other systems staff.
  • Manages vendors for property IT requirements functioning as escalation point for problem resolution.

Requirement

  • Bachelor Degree qualification.

 

 

 

Job Title: Security Driver

Locations: Abuja (FCT) , Kano, Kebbi and Zamfara

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Function as a driver within a team of security personnel responsible for the transportation of passengers under conditions and circumstances of increased security threats
  • Transport staff members to various destinations as and when required, within the boundaries of the AOO.
  • Personally responsible for the safety and security of all passengers entrusted to his/her care
  • Must have a detailed working knowledge of the security policies and procedures for AOO, particularly in relation to transportation of personnel.
  • Strictly adhere to all security rules and regulations at all times
  • Planning of routes, in conjunction with the SecuritUnits, ensuring the safety of passengers at all times
  • Maintain a close liaison with the Security Units ensuring a detailed knowledge of the most safest routes within the AOO.
  • Ensure that the assigned vehicle is fully operational and well maintained including inventory of all the necessary communication and emergency equipment readily available and tightly secured in their assigned vehicles such as first-aid kit, fire extinguisher, serviceable spare wheel, wheel changing kit, spare keys, torch, spare water, jumper cable & tow rope;
  • Maintain vehicle log books for daily trips and keep records of mileage and fuel consumption of each vehicle.
  • Ensure that the assigned vehicles are maintained regularly in accordance to service records of each vehicle and when required.
  • Ensure that the assigned vehicles are in good operational conditions: conducting daily checks (oil, fuel, brakes, Wheels, battery, tool kits, etc..) on all assigned vehicles and before the commencement of any trip/mission, and reporting of any defects to the Admin Officer for immediate repairs and maintenance
  • Ability to carry out minor mechanical emergency repairs on vehicles as and when required,
  • Maintain close communication with the Security Liaison Officer or Team Leader during all movements;
  • Assist the Security Liaison Officer or Team Leader in accomplishing effective protective security coverage for their assigned Principals and remain vigilant and alert at all times whilst on duty and carry out training in areas of deficiencies to meet higher level of competencies;
  • Keep abreast of tactical operational procedures, emergency and contingency planning ofprocedures for road movements and participate during team training;
  • Ensure readiness for rapid deployment at any time
  • Execute operational procedures and practices dependent on operational environment and observe all national traffic rules and act in accordance with rules regarding vehicle operation and traffic safety;
  • Assist theSecurity Unit in the execution of their duties as and where required
  • Assist with standard Driver duties as and when required
  • Perform any other tasks as would be required by the security unit.
  • Be conversant with operation ofequipment installed in vehicles and be responsible for daily basic maintenance.
  • Be familiar with defensive driving skills ( through training or previous work knowledge)
  • Perform as protocol assistants when required.
  • Perform other security-related duties as required.

Job Qualification

  • Candidates should possess SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification
