The core objective of our business is to help property owners find suitable tenants or buyers seamlessly We are recruiting to fill the position below:     Job Title: Property Management Officer (Intern) Location: Lagos Job type: Intern Job Description

• Participate in collecting, processing and reporting receipt of security deposits, rents and other fees.
• Assist in leasing apartments, maintaining list of available apartment.
• Participate in the follow-up of prospective tenants, through telephone calls within 24 hours.
• Assist with inspecting available apartment with new tenant, ensuring they fill the the pre-occupation inspection forms, reviewing all leasing paperwork and property rules.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualification: OND in Estate Management.
• Must reside in Lagos.
