YFY Consulting Services, a fast growing HR firm specializing in training and development, customer service, mystery shopping projects and multimedia adverts is currently recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Training Officer Location: Lekki, Lagos Job Description

Develop training curriculum and programmes.
Keep up to date with developments in customer service also researching new methodologies in workplace learning and development.
Organise and supervise group training.
Knowledge of Microsoft Suite is key.
Liaise with different organisations and individuals to identify training and development needs.
Design bespoke programmes based on needs of organisations and individuals.

Qualification

Bachelor's Degree/HND with 3 -4 years experience in a similar role.
