Job Title: Accountant

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Essential Responsibilities

• Food industry plants are required to meet specific state and federal laws and tax guidelines for the production and distribution of food products, from frozen meals to canned goods.
• Food plant accountants ensure that these plants analyze budgets and costs to find ways to provide food products more efficiently.
• These workers also utilize business-improvement strategies and work with advertising departments to make sure all departments stay within budgets and cost controls.
• Plant accountants may work for small food production chains, restaurants or large, multi-million dollar food-manufacturing companies.

Daily Job Functions

• As a food industry plant accountant, you present monthly actual and forecast expenditures, prepare business and budget plans, develop and modify record-keeping and accounting systems, track cost reductions and ensure operations are in compliance with government regulations.
• You oversee and maintain the payroll structure and analyze costs and overhead, such as raw materials for making food products, as well as examine market trends, such as consumer coupons and discounts.
• You manage inventory control and examine financial statements and records for accuracy and completeness. These workers also monitor purchase orders and fixed assets within the company.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc qualification with at least 2 years experience.

Job Title: Village Food Supervisor

• Ensuring the best customer service is received by staff and clients
• A high level of communication and leadership skills
• Leading by example, demonstrating great team work and show the ability to both give and follow instruction
• Ensuring that your team has the relevant training, development and performance reviews to enable them to satisfy both personal and client expectations
• Assisting with the preparation of and the serving of all meals and beverages to customers
• Ensuring that the kitchen and service areas are clean and tidy
• Ensuring health and safety regulations are followed
• Cleanliness and replenishing of vending machines

The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate for this role will have:

• Previous supervisory experience, ideally in a food and beverage related environment or a strong, experienced Food Service Assistant with the potential to develop in to a supervisory role
• Possess good customer service skills
• Good communication skills - written and verbal
• The ability to demonstrate great team work
• The ability to follow instructions
• Basic Food Hygiene and Basic Health & Safety Certificate are advantageous but not less.

Job Title: Manager

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Job Description

• Hire and train staff.
• Keep a record of income and expenses.
• Talk to customers to receive feedback on their service.
• Open and close the outletdaily.
• Motivate staff during busy shifts.
• Ensure that staff members are available for shifts.

Requirements

• A Degree in Business Management.
• Prior experience in the restaurant industry.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work long hours.
• Knowledge of bookkeeping software.
• Excellent customer service skills.
