Sonia Foods Industries Limited, a wholly owned Nigerian company and manufacturer of Sonia Tomato Paste is making major improvements to its Shagamu, Ogun State factory plant as part of an ongoing plan to meet growing demand for its products and maximize efficiency.

We are recruiting to fill the positions below:

Job Title: Mixing / Processing Supervisor
Location: Sagamu, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Set daily/weekly objectives and communicate them to employees
• Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
• Oversee and train employees
• Submit reports on performance and progress
• Supervise effective working of production personnel and prepare effective production schedules
• Coordinate process teams and ensure compliance with all protocols and maintain product quality.
• Develop and maintain effective relations with all company employees at various levels of the organization
• Ensure section comply with workplace policies according to safety objectives.
• Contacts appropriate sources for repair issues
• Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
• Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures
• Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standard
• Identify all issues in the team and provide continuous support to all members according to operating standards on an everyday basis

Requirements

• Minimum of HND, OND / B.Sc qualification.
• 7 - 10 years experience.
• Candidate must have Tomato paste production Industry experience

Job Title: Filling Supervisor

Location: Sagamu, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties

• Plans the section duties regularly
• Organise and train section staff on routine duties
• Documentation of all downtime and activities which occur during shift
• Maintain fill weight requirements for each SKU.
• Ensure filling temperatures meet quality control requirements; stops line immediately and notifies process department.
• Visually inspect product being produced for quality standards; stops line immediately and notifies process department.
• Ensure that cleaning is conducted well on all filling machines when required.
• Maintain housekeeping, GMP’s, and safety in the area.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by the Production Manager
• Candidate must have Toamto Production Industry Experience

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess HND, OND or BSc with 7-10 years work experience.
