• We are currently recruiting for the role of Human Resource Assistant who will be responsible for handling all aspects of the human resource administration as well as supporting HR/Engagement initiatives as needed.
• Professionalism, innovativeness, entrepreneurial spirit, and rejecting the status quo are just a few of the things that Cleanserve team members have in common.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences or related disciplines
• Minimum of 1 year working experience in Human resources
• Candidate must be tech savvy with good knowledge of social media/digital platforms
• Knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Knowledge in Web designing and management will be an added advantage

Qualifications & Characteristics:

• As the ideal candidate for the HR Assistant, you are responsible for:
• Sourcing for candidates to fill vacancies in the organization
• Maintaining the HR database with records for all employees
• Ensuring that employee background checks are conducted for all employees.
• Ensuring that new employee documents are properly filed
• Maintaining the HR Files for employees
• Screening of CVs for compliance with position specifications
• Scheduling for and making all arrangements for tests and interviews
• Providing HR support for employee queries
• Providing Support in handling of social media platforms
