We are recruiting to fill the position below:
   
Job Title: IT Graduate Trainee Location: Lagos
Summary
  • The IT Graduate Trainee will be primarily responsible for fixing and maintaining all company’s IT systems in order to ensure a smooth daily operation and communication of employees.
Responsibilities
  • Understudy the implementation, maintenance, support, development and design of the company’s communication network.
  • Ensure all networks including but not limited to LAN, MAN, WAN, GAN meets the demand of the company.
  • Assist in the installation of new hardware, software and anti-virus protection.
  • Set up new users’ accounts and profiles and deal with password issues.
  • Monitor the company’s systems with security as the prime objective.
  • Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults and replace parts as required.
  • Come up with IT solutions to fix company’s problems.
  • Ensure employees are properly trained on new systems.
  • Work continuously on a task until completion or referral to third parties, if appropriate.
  • Rapidly establish a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, such as software developers.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Education and Qualifications
  • Minimum of B.Sc / HND in Computer Science, Information Management Technology or any other related discipline.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.
  • Professional certifications and or training in the IT field is an added advantage.
  • Candidate should be familiar with Linux/Unix system with basic knowledge in Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP).
       
Job Title: Baker Location: Lagos
Summary
  • The Baker will work as part of a team with other bakers to bake different types of bread, cakes, cookies, pastries and other confectioneries.
Responsibilities
  • Measure or weigh flour and other ingredients to prepare batters, dough, fillings or icing, using scales.
  • Roll, knead, cut or shape dough to prepare different types of bread and pastries.
  • Place doughs in pans and bake in production ovens.
  • Baking different types of bread and other bakery products.
  • Observe colour of products being baked and adjust oven temperatures, humidity or conveyor speed accordingly.
  • Check equipment to ensure that it meets the health and safety regulations and perform maintenance or cleaning as necessary.
  • Monitor equipment operation to ensure proper functioning.
  • Decorating cakes.
  • Clean production equipment.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Education and Qualifications
  • Minimum of SSCE.
  • Minimum of 3 year experience in a similar role.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a baker, pastry chef or similar role
  • Familiarity with all bakery equipment including mixers and dough sheeters.
  • Good understanding of food safety practices.
  • Flexibility to work on a shift basis.
  • Certification from a culinary school is an added advantage.
     
Job Title: Bakery Sales Driver Location: Lagos
Summary
  • The Bakery Sales Driver will be primarily responsible for driving vehicles over established routes or within an established territory to sell baked products to retail outlets, pick up and deliver items.
Responsibilities
  • Review lists of customers and load trucks.
  • Drive trucks to retail outlets to sell bakery products, collect money and record transactions.
  • Generating new market leads and engaging with new clients and customers from all aspects.
  • Inform customers of new products and price changes.
  • Daily sales reconciliation with the finance team.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Education and Qualifications
  • Minimum of OND in any discipline.
  • Candidate must have proven sales experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Must be resident within Ajah axis.
Skills:
  • Good driving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of routes on the Island.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Must be reliable and trustworthy.
