We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Junior Accountant

Location: Lagos

Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Accountant located in Lagos.
• The Junior Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing and reviewing financial statements, handling accounts payable and receivable, processing invoices, and reconciling bank statements.
• The role also involves assisting in budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and supporting the senior accounting team in various tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Prior experience in an accounting role is a plus.
• Understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficiency in managing financial records, accounts payable and receivable, and processing invoices.
• Experience in preparing and reviewing financial statements, and reconciling bank statements.
• Ability to assist in budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting.
