Job Title: Production Team Lead

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

Planning and organizing production schedules
Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed
Assessing project and resource requirements (workforce and raw materials)
Monitor productivity rates and product standards and implement quality control programmes
Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met
Overseeing production processes
Selecting, ordering and purchasing materials
Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
Liaising with marketing and sales staff
Supervise and motivate production staff
Organizing relevant training sessions.
Collate and analyze data, and prepare production reports.

Qualifications and Skills

HND or BSc in Food Science and Technology or any other related discipline
3+ years of experience in Production - FMCG
Deep knowledge of production management
Planning and organization skills to be able run and monitor the production process
The ability to act decisively and solve staff or equipment-related problems
Attention to detail to ensure high levels of quality
Leadership skills and the ability to motivate others to meet deadlines.

Salary
N1,200,000 annually.

Job Title: Quality Assurance Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

Draft quality assurance policies and procedures
Interpret and implement quality assurance standards and procedures
Determining, negotiating and agreeing on in-house quality procedures, standards and specifications
Specifying quality requirements of raw materials with suppliers
Investigating and setting standards for quality and health and safety
Ensuring that manufacturing processes comply with standards at both national and international level
Investigating causes of defects that occur during the testing phase
Encouraging change and improvement in performance and quality
Carrying out and monitoring testing and inspection of products and materials to ensure the finished products meet quality standards
Preparing reports on Quality Assurance to the management

Qualifications and Skills

HND or BSc in Food Science and Technology, Microbiology or any other related discipline
2+ years of experience in Products Quality Assurance / Control
Quality inspection, auditing and testing experience
Skills in analysis
Good numerical skills and an understanding of statistics
Problem-solving skills.

Salary
N840,000 annually.

Job Title: Marketing & Communications Team Lead

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

Monitoring of competition communication and visuals, trade activities, innovations
Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities
Manage and develop marketing campaign materials for online and offline products launch
Sharing insights, innovations from both foreign markets and the Nigerian market.
Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
Monitor product distribution and consumer trends and reactions
Devise innovative growth strategies
Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics
Identify how our brand is currently positioned in the market
Communicate our brand personality internally and align the company around foundational ideas
Lead marketing team members through campaigns.

Qualifications and Skills

Proven working experience as a Brand Executive
Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives
Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
Strong analytical skills coupled with a creative mind
Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers
Outstanding communication skills
Up-to-date with the latest trends and marketing best practices
Degree in Marketing or a related field
3+ years of experience in brand management.

Job Title: Digital Marketing Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, influencer marketingand display advertising campaigns.
Design, build and maintain our social media presence
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
