Job Title: Grill Chef

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Prepare meals based on customers' order
  • Braise and grill meat based on the standard recipe
  • Check that ingredient remain fresh and safe for consumption
  • Prepare grilled turkey, fish, chicken, and sauces following customers' preferences
  • Portion ingredients and food items before cooking according to standard portion size and recipe specifications
  • Maintain proper grill cooking temperatures
  • Follow proper plate presentation and garnish meals prepared
  • Maintain safety and hygiene procedures to prevent cross-contamination.
  • Track the components of each meal to ensure that the final dish is completed promptly.
  • Liaise with waiters once orders are confirmed.
  • Report to the Head Chef when equipment is due for maintenance, repair, or replacement.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree, OND, HND qualification.
  • 2 years experience.

Salary

Job Title: Cashier

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Handles all customer payments and credit transactions.
  • Responsible for the daily balancing and reconciliation of cashbook.
  • Handles daily cash remittance.
  • Follow all established procedures for documenting errors in cashing procedures.
  • Set up, break down, stock, replenish and maintains cash register station.
  • Handles petty cash and reimburses.
  • Enters all postings into the appropriate accounts using the company software and/or manual template.
  • Sends report to the Accountant/Director at the close of business.
  • Raises sales invoices and issues receipt after payment to customers.

Requirements

  • B.Sc / HND in a related field
  • Experience: 1 - 2 years
  • Basic accounting skills
  • Experience in the related job field
  • Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Must possess basic math and PC skills.
  • Attention to detail.

Salary
N50,000 - N60,000 monthly.

 

 



Job Title: Sous Chef

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview

  • The Sous Chef will work alongside the Head Chef in overseeing staff, aiding with menu preparation, and ensuring food quality and consistency.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist with the preparation and planning of meal designs.
  • Provide support with various tasks including line cooking, food preparation, and dish plating.
  • Create schedules for kitchen employees and evaluate their performance.
  • Manage the kitchen team in the head chef's absence.
  • Train the cooks in order to provide the best results
  • Preparehigh-quality dishes that follow up the established menu and meetstherestaurant's standards and guest's expectations
  • Adhere to and implement sanitation and safety regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Culinary Degree is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.

Job Title: Head Chef

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Role Overview

  • As the Head Chef, you are responsible for controlling and directing the food preparation processes

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Construct menus with new or existing culinary creations ensuring variety and quality of the servings
  • Develop recipes and determine how to present dishes
  • Control and direct the food preparation process and any other relative activities
  • Approve and “polish” dishes before they reach the customer
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of cooks and other food preparation workers
  • Ensure waste is minimized by careful supervision of food preparation methods
  • Ensure proper hygienic storage methods are utilized to prevent loss
  • Give staff feedback on their performance to enable staff development
  • Inspect raw and cooked food items to guarantee that the highest quality meals are prepared and served to customers
  • Determine food inventory needs, stocking, and ordering

Requirements

  • Proven experience as Head Chef
  • Degree in Culinary science or related certificate
  • Exceptional proven ability of kitchen management
  • Outstanding communication and leadership skills
  • Up-to-date with culinary trends and optimized kitchen processes

 

 

Job Title: Bartender / Mixologist

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Overview

  • In this role, you are to mix and match ingredients to create classic and tasty drinks in linewith customers needs and expectations.

Job Description

  • Work with the restaurant manager to plan the bar menu.
  • Ensure that the assigned bar area is fully equipped with the tools and products needed for mixing beverages and serving guests.
  • Mix drinks, cocktails, and other bar beverages as ordered in compliance with the restaurant’s standard drink recipes.
  • Prepare purchase requisitions as needed to replenish supplies
  • Take stock at the beginning and end of every shift
  • Send stock report to the restaurant manager daily
  • Maintain a clean working area.

Requirements

  • 3 years experience as a bartender.
  • Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND / OND qualification.
  • Have sound knowledge of spirits, beers, wine, and cocktails.
  • Previous bartending experience required in a mid scale or luxury restaurant / hot.
