  • Crave Kitchen is currently looking for (2) outstanding Food Tricycle Sales Service Representatives that can man its mobile Tricycle and serve Crave Kitchen’s customers quality meal in a fast and friendly manner.
Job Description Role of the Food Tricycle Sales Service department:
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for attending to our Customers and serving them our food offerings in a fast friendly, organized & quick service.
  • In addition, assist in both the areas of meeting Customers’ meal request and as well as handling customers’ transactions.
Principal Duties/Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the General Manager & the Head Chef to ensure smooth operation of all Sales matters.
  • Smile and greet guests and request order immediately upon arrival.
  • Take orders and enter them into the point of sales terminal accurately.
  • Suggestive sell and answer menu questions.
  • Collect money and provide correct change.
  • Assemble orders, including condiments and other service items needed or requested.
  • Ensure that guests receive only quality products.
  • Thank guests and invite them to return.
  • Serve guests within designated service time.
  • Keep sales area clean, organized and stocked.
  • Clean and stock paper supply.
  • Sweep and mop the Tricycle.
  • Clean up spills immediately.
  • Assist other sales representatives as needed.
  • Maintain a cooperative, harmonious working relationship with management and fellow team members.
  • Ensure personal appearance meets company standard and displays professionalism at all times.
  • Recognize and adhere to all HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies and procedures to ensure a Safe and compliant environment for all.
  • Consistently exhibit the actions/behaviors which best demonstrate Crave Kitchen’s Co-operate Vision and Values; perform other tasks as directed by management; and at all times represent Crave Kitchen as a professional in every aspect of performance.
Requirement & Qualifications
  • Must be a degree holder (HND/B.Sc.)
  • Suitable candidate should not be more than 32 years of age
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Basic understanding of accounting processes and procedures
  • Good communication and listening skills
  • Good organisational skills used in planning own work
  • Calm and professional disposition
  • Self motivated and enthusiastic
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets and deadlines
  • Able to work in a busy office environment that often demands high levels of concentration
  • Able to respond effectively to changing priorities
  • Able to work effectively with minimal management guidance/supervision
  • Willingness to accept responsibility
  • Good analytical ability
  • Good problem solving ability
    Job Title: Assistant Head Chef Location: Lagos Principal Duties/Tasks and Responsibilities
  • To work with the kitchen team to produce food for the unit to a high standard on a daily basis.
  • To take responsibility for the daily paperwork with regards to ordering.
  • To assist the Head Chef with ordering and menu planning.
  • To ensure that the temperature records and monitoring is done on a daily basis
  • To ensure that areas under your control are cleaned as per the cleaning schedule.
  • To ensure that the kitchen stores and other potential areas of loss are secured at all times according to the instructions laid down by the management.
  • To cover all duties normally assigned to the Head Chef in their absence.
  • To carry out any reasonable requests made by your line manager
  • To assist in any of the kitchens, this may require assistance within or outside normal working hours.
  • To take responsibility for the adherence & compliance of all food hygiene legislation.
  • Have a full understanding and knowledge of food safety law.
  • To report and, where possible, to attend to and carefully take all necessary action, statutory and otherwise, in the event of accident, fire, loss, theft, lost property, damage, unfit food or other irregularities and complete the necessary return and/or report.
  • Any other duties that may be deemed appropriate to this role

    Job Title: Head Chef Location: Lagos Job Description
  • Successful candidate will oversees a restaurant's kitchen by managing other members of the food preparation team, deciding what dishes to serve and adjusting orders to meet guests' requests.
  • May assist in prep work, such as chopping vegetables, but more often will be involved in cooking specialty dishes.
  • Chooses ingredients and designs a menu based on the seasonal availability of food items.
  • Creates unique dishes that inspire guests to come back again and again to see what is new in the restaurant.
Requirement & Qualifications
  • Experience of working within a Food Restaurant business
  • A proven experience as Head Chef will be an added advantage
  • Exceptional proven ability of kitchen management
  • Ability in dividing responsibilities and monitoring progress
  • Outstanding communication and leadership skills
  • Physical fitness - able to bend & lift
  • Committed to a Catering career aimed towards progressing to a chef
