We are recruiting to fill the position below:   Job Title: Training Officer (Security) Location: Lagos Responsibilities

  • Identify training and development needs within an organisation through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments
  • Design training materials and expand training and development programmes based on the needs of the organisation and the individual
  • Work in a team to produce programmes that are satisfactory to all relevant parties in an organisation.
  • Consider the costs of planned programmes and keep within budgets
  • Plan and assess the 'return on investment' of any training or development programme
  • Develop effective induction programmes for new staff, apprentices and graduate trainees
  • Monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers

  • Minimum of a diploma in Local government studies, policy making, security studies or relevant courses
Job Title: Project Supervisor Location: Lagos Responsibilities
  • Provide for site safety and security; devise and implement site policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of systems and equipment; monitor fire alarm control panels and other emergency equipment
  • Handle emergencies appropriately according to established procedures; prepare and file accident reports
  • Supervise and evaluate staff; complete employee reviews; keep accurate records of employee attendance and timesheets; provide positive direction to motivate quality performance; discipline personnel when necessary and appropriate
  • Interview candidates; onboard and train new hires
  • Set project goals and oversee projects to completion; schedule and track assignments
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Ensure compliance with company or government regulations

  Job Title: Technician Location: Lagos Responsibilities
  • Check computer hardware (HDD, mouses, keyboards etc.) to ensure functionality
  • Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications
  • Develop and maintain local networks in ways that optimize performance
  • Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems
  • Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment
  • Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance without deterring others from completing their work
  • Responsible for the collection and replacement of CCTV hard drives from designated coaches
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software malfunctions as well as network issues as it relates to the CCTV system
Requirements
  • Proven experience as IT Technician or relevant position
  • Excellent diagnostic and problem solving skills

  • Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
  • In depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks
  • Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
  • Diploma in Computer Science, engineering or relevant field

  Job Title: Training Officer (Technical) Location: Lagos Responsibilities
  • Devise technical training programs according to organizational requirements
  • Produce training schedules and classroom agenda
  • Determine course content according to objectives
  • Prepare training material (presentations, worksheets etc.)
  • Execute training sessions, webinars, workshops etc. in groups or individually
  • Arrange for and conduct on-site training when needed
  • Keep and report data on completed courses, absences, issues etc.
  • Observe and evaluate results of training programs
  • Determine overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements
Requirements
  • Proven experience as technical trainer of upto 4years
  • Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools in technical subjects
  • Experience in designing technical course content
  • Ability to address training needs with complete courses
  • Working knowledge in MS Office (especially Powerpoint)
  • Outstanding communication skills and comfortable speaking to crowds
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Degree in a relevant technical field
  • Certification such as CTT+ (Certified Technical Trainer) is a strong asset
