Job Description

• We are looking for a creative and inspired Architect to handle projects from the initial client briefing through to the final stages of construction.
• The Architect's responsibilities include managing client relationships, developing and presenting design proposals, preparing drawings, specifications, budgets, construction documents and managing project teams.
• You should be able to take ownership of your project, be it the design and construction of a new building, an extension, alterations or a restoration project, and deliver on the client's requirements.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess B.Arch, M.Arch qualification with 1 - 3 years work experience.

Job Title: Office Assistant

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Contract

Job Description

• Performing clerical duties
• Interacts with clients, visitors, and vendors
• Sorts and distributes incoming letters
• Arranges meetings by reserving rooms and managing refreshments
• Covers office reception
• Maintenance of office facilities and fixtures
• Candidate should preferably be male

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND qualification with 1 - 2 years work experience.

Salary
N40,000 - N50,000 / month.
